QC Jones, Managing Partner, Nolan-MackenzieQC Jones’ philosophy and mission is to be a businessman that transforms lives for the better. He brings nearly two decades of leadership experience delivering information technology (IT), management consulting, and training services across multiple government organizations.  Much of QC’s experience has been in the health and human services domains in the fulfillment of their mission critical programs.

QC is also a veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm and passionate about programs in support of our nation’s war fighters and veterans by delivering services to meet their needs.

Having led three (3) successful government contracting companies, QC appreciates the rewards and challenges of entrepreneurship and with that in mind, he mentors and assists many CEOs develop and implement their growth strategies.

His mantra for business is based on the continuous pursuit of effective partnerships with liked minded business leaders.  This philosophy has led to an exceptional record of winning single-award contracts, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQs) and Government Wide Acquisitions Contracts (GWACs). His customers have included: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Department of Health and Human Services, Social Security Administration, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of the Treasury, Department of Labor, Department of Army, State of Maryland, and Prince George’s County government.

He has participated in Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, at Babson College, Babson Park, MA and Veteran Institute for Procurement in Montgomery County, MD

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he has served as a Project Manager for MAXIMUS.

QC is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and enjoys golfing, fitness and socializing with his family, colleagues and friends.
